Excellent condition 1989 Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra in La William team colours. 55cm seat tube / 54cm top tube / 12cm head tube / 80cm standover. Braze-on number holder confirms this is a professional racing bike but parts confirm it was only used briefly at the time. Good condition, with no cracks, no dents, not bent. Well-preserved paintwork and decals all original. All parts disassembled and cleaned. Frame checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts replaced with new (see below). In fantastic riding condition and ready to go as is. Columbus SLX super-butted steel tubes. Shifters, hubs and crankset Shimano Dura-Ace 7400. NEW Selle San Marco Rolls seat. Mavic 700C tubular rims, NEW Vittoria Rally 622/23 tubular tyres. Cinelli AX 10cm stem, Cinelli Giro d’Italia 42cm stembar. NEW YBN hard-plated chain. NEW pedals, NEW cork ribbon handlebar tape..
